The shared engine
Every operation is a skill.
Skills are the atomic unit across GTM AppLab. Each skill is instructions + tools + chain steps + user overrides — small enough to compose, big enough to do real work. The same engine that scores a launch in GTM Manager scores an account in Demgen Manager. Skills travel between apps. Workflows compose them. You tune them. Nothing about that is a chatbot bolted onto a CRM.
